Penn State University Golf Course (White) is a popular round among Hole19 golfers in Pennsylvania, and the layout makes clear why. Renovated in 2005 but with holes dating to 1922, this 18-hole course offers a demanding alternative to its Blue Course sibling. The front nine plays to a par 36 over 3,245 yards from the blue tees. Smaller crowned greens reward a creative short game, while nearly 40 bunkers on the front side alone demand careful course management throughout. The back nine, also par 36, measures 3,099 yards. Early holes offer a chance to build a cushion before elevation changes and well-placed fairway and greenside bunkers test your distance control and depth perception. The closing hole — a 492-yard, uphill slight dogleg right — ranks among the toughest finishing holes in the area. Throughout the round, the par 3s stand out as a genuine test.
