Oliver JamesJune 24, 2019Orsett Golf Club is a must play course and one of the best layouts in Essex. Theres a big mixture of hole types from straight and flat too high up dog leg tee shots. Not a long course by any means, no need to be a big hitter (I used my driver once) and most greens are reachable in regulation. The Greens are fast but not much undulation makes reading the green a lot easier than other courses. I found there was a slight flaw regarding tee times as the course doesn’t use actual time slots, you que on the 1st tee and wait your time, which resulted in very slow play.
