Oliva Nova Beach & Golf Resort (Pitch & Putt)

Oliva Nova Beach & Golf Resort (Pitch and Putt) is a 5-hole short course located in the Valencian Community, Spain, set within the same resort as the celebrated Severiano Ballesteros-designed championship layout. The main course, designed and built by Seve himself, covers around 50 hectares of gently undulating ground. It plays as a par 72 links layout of 6,312 metres with a slope index of 129. A defining feature is that 15 of the 18 holes incorporate water hazards, making course management essential throughout. The design follows the traditional formula of four par 3s, four par 5s, and ten par 4s, with fairways featuring both left and right doglegs. As Ballesteros put it: "This course offers great possibilities to all golfers, as it has short, medium and long holes and fairways with left and right doglegs. I think it poses a challenge to any golfer." The amen corner at holes 13, 14, and 15 is where strategy and wind become the deciding factors.
