Oak Grove Golf Course

Oak Grove Golf Course is a public 18-hole layout in Illinois, United States, playing from 5,200 to over 7,000 yards across bentgrass fairways woven through wetlands, mature trees, and bunkers, with undulating greens throughout. Several holes carry distinct identities: hole 5 has a tee complex stretching 100 yards, hole 6 is a 600-yard-plus par 5 with panoramic views, hole 10 is a dogleg-left known as The Chute, hole 11 is a double-dogleg known as The Anaconda, and hole 15 — The Eye of the Needle — is rated the most difficult on the course. Golf Digest has awarded it 4½ stars, the Chicago District Golf Association lists it among the top-25 toughest public courses in the region, and it holds Audubon Certified Signature Sanctuary status. A driving range with grass tees and mats is available. The clubhouse includes a horseshoe-shaped bar, an indoor dining area, an elevated patio, floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views, a CDGA Handicap Index terminal, and a well-appointed pro shop stocking Adidas, Cutter & Buck, Antigua, and FootJoy.
