Most fairways are dry, and greens are patchy. Redeeming factor is the 4th, 5th and 9th holes (the ones surrounding the clubrooms) are quite nice. The rest of the course needs work.

Grass on fairways and surrounding greens very sparse. Greens are mostly small targets and patchy. Bunkers filled with beach sand and shell grit. You need to be a low handicap player to play this course consistently well. Yes they call this a links style course but when you are in the middle of the fairway you would expect to be hitting off grass and not sand or prickly weeds.
