Murray Golf Course

Murray Golf Course is one of the most-played courses in Saskatchewan on Hole19, an 18-hole layout shaped by designer Thompson to work with the park's level to rolling terrain and its many mature trees. Thompson's approach to bunkering sets the course apart: sand has been placed to enhance the flow of play rather than frustrate golfers, a philosophy evident throughout all 18 holes. The standout hole is the par-5 5th, stretching 563 yards from the championship tees. A narrow fairway runs alongside out of bounds on the right, and two large bunkers guard the approaches to a narrow green — a combination that catches plenty of unwary players and makes it the most memorable test on the course.
