Mountain Brook Golf Club

Golf Advisor recognized Mountain Brook Golf Club as one of the Most Improved Golf Courses in the Nation, and it has since become one of the most-played courses in Arizona on Hole19. Set in Gold Canyon, Arizona, against the backdrop of the Superstition Mountains, this public desert mountain layout plays 5,100 to 6,700 yards across 18 holes. Undulating greens, water hazards, sand traps, and desert hills shape the round throughout. Practice options include a full-length driving range, a putting green, and the Golf Academy at Mountain Brook, where LPGA and PGA professionals offer single lessons, weekly clinics, and golf schools. Lessons can also be arranged through the pro shop with Jason Barrett. The Prospector Restaurant serves chef-inspired meals — fresh house salads, half-pound burgers, and appetizers — from an expansive patio with views of the Superstition Mountains. Cold beer and handcrafted cocktails are available at the bar, and an outside BBQ area accommodates corporate outings and charity tournaments.
