Description
Designed by Ross Perrett and opened in 2003, Moonah Links (Legends) is an 18-hole links course at Fingal, Victoria, Australia, stretching to 6,315 metres across terrain shaped by mature Moonah trees, native bushland, and strategic bunkering. The course has hosted the Australian Open in 2003 and 2005, as well as the Victorian PGA Championship, and is ranked #33 in Australia. It is rated 4.7 by 100+ Hole19 golfers and is a popular round among Hole19 golfers in Victoria. A driving range is available Wednesday to Sunday from 7am to 5pm, and a practice putting green is on hand to warm up before your round. The pro shop carries TaylorMade and Titleist apparel and equipment, lifestyle products, and gift certificates, and offers club fittings and a TrackMan golf simulator. Pebbles Restaurant sits beside the course and serves a seasonal menu, though it is currently closed for winter. The Spike Bar provides relaxed dining and drinks with Terrace views of the 18th hole and is open daily.

Mark DuffyDecember 26, 2018Excellent course . With excellent facilities . The clubhouse bar and restaurant are spectacular. Very helpful lady in the pro shop. I hired a set of clubs as visiting from Ireland . The set provide were not great and there were no options for stiff shafts etc. The legends course was in great condition excellent teeing areas , fairways and greens running true and holding well struck approach shots. The bunkers were the only weak aspect of the course they were hard packed and difficult to play from . The areas of rough were a little patchy . I played with three friendly locals and really enjoyed the course . I will be back to play the open course next time. The practice facilities at the course are very good and in a spectacular setting. I would recommend this course to any golfer of any level. Mark Duffy h 9
