    Fairways and tees in excellent condition but with limited roll out. Greens were fairly quick for Vietnam and in good condition. Male caddies were good but not excellent. I didn't think my caddy read putts all that well. Overall, a spectacular course with some challenging holes. Clubhouse is magnificent and buffet lunch was included which was nice. They play a combination of 3x9 holes so it was difficult to score on Hole 19
