Description
Long Bien Golf Course is a 27-hole layout designed by Nelson & Haworth, set across 350 hectares near the heart of Hanoi, Vietnam. The Dong Nai River borders the property, and the course sits among the closest to Hanoi's city center. One trade-off of the location is an adjacent military airport, which introduces some noise during take-offs and landings. Fairways, tee boxes, and rough are all laid with Paspalum grass, while the greens are built from Tiff Eagle Bermuda. Maintenance across every surface is consistently high, making for some of the best hitting conditions of any course in the Hanoi area. The course is rated 4.5 by Hole19 golfers, with over 100 reviews on the platform.

Peter BrookesMarch 31, 2025Fairways and tees in excellent condition but with limited roll out. Greens were fairly quick for Vietnam and in good condition. Male caddies were good but not excellent. I didn't think my caddy read putts all that well. Overall, a spectacular course with some challenging holes. Clubhouse is magnificent and buffet lunch was included which was nice. They play a combination of 3x9 holes so it was difficult to score on Hole 19
