Holes 6, 7, and 8 form a compelling stretch at Links Leuk Golf Resort, a links-style course in Leuk, Valais, Switzerland. Hole 6 puts par in jeopardy with a lake and island in play; hole 7 opens up views across the Rhone valley toward Bortelhorn; and hole 8 demands a second shot over a suone, a traditional Valais irrigation channel. Designed by John Chilver-Stainer and opened in 2002, the 18-hole, par-72 layout is built on hard sand soil with deep sand bunkers, dense rough, undulating fairways, fast greens, and multiple water hazards throughout the round.
