Legends Golf & Resort (Moorland) is an 18-hole par 72 in Red Hill, South Carolina, designed by P. B. Dye and opened in 1990. It is considered one of the greatest challenges on the East Coast, and Golf Digest named it one of the Top 10 New Courses of 1990. Moorland is a target golf course built in the Dye tradition. Large expanses of natural growth, sand, water, and waste areas combine with dramatic undulations and bulkheads to create a layout reminiscent of the PGA West Stadium Course. Golfers will find themselves navigating sculpted terrain that rises and falls sharply, with bunkers deep enough to test every level of skill. The par-4 16th hole — playing at 245 yards — is a signature moment, its green guarded by a large bunker aptly named Hell's Half Acre. Rated 4.6 by Hole19 golfers, Moorland is one of the most-played courses in South Carolina on Hole19.

Starter was great. But the coarse overbooked the day. 18 holes took 5:30 minutes to play. Part of our foursome had to leave by hole 13. If you plan on playing one coarse all day great coarse
