Lagoon Park Golf Course

Lagoon Park Golf Course is an 18-hole, par-72 public parkland layout in Montgomery, Alabama, designed by Charles Graves of Atlanta, GA and opened in 1978. Measuring 6,800 yards from the back tees, the course plays through fairways lined with 100-year oaks, towering pine trees, flowering dogwoods, California raindrop trees, and blooming azaleas, with doglegs that put tree placement at a premium throughout the round. Hole 15 is a 550-yard par 5 with a double dogleg flanked by 150-foot pine trees and a required 270-yard carry from the back tee. The course has hosted the Ribeye Open, the Folds of Honor Golf Tournament, and the Chili Open. It is a popular round among Hole19 golfers in Alabama. Practice options include a large putting and chipping green with a greenside bunker, a dedicated chipping area, and a private instruction area with an onsite golf instructor. The fully stocked golf shop and tennis shop are on site, along with men's and women's locker rooms. The Lagoon Park Bar & Grill provides dining after the round.
