Despite the fact the course was closed for at least 3 years, the new Manager (Mr Freddy Mazara) has done a great job recovering this beautiful and challenging golf course... fairways are really good and should be better in coming days; greens are really really good and will be much faster. I am 11 hdcp and I played this course from the Members tee box (White, over 6,600 yards) and you must watch out the following: wind is a real factor as the course was built on top of a small hill plateau (cliff and gorges) and three putting would be "knocking on Heaven's Door"... La Estancia is a well designed course to enjoy a challenging round of golf (USD50.00)... you will come back for sure!
