Description
Hualien Golf Course is the only golf course in Hualien County, set within urban Hualien in Taiwan's Taiwan Province. Its history stretches back to 1928, making it one of the island's oldest clubs. Operations were suspended during wartime and the course did not reopen until 1963, following renovation. The 18-hole layout is built on gentle terrain with short fairways, making it well suited to golfers looking for a relaxed, leisurely round. Dense, mature trees cover the grounds, giving the course the feel of a forest park. From within the fairways, players can take in views of the distant Central Mountain Range.
