HKJC Kau Sai Chau Golf Club

HKJC Kau Sai Chau Golf Club is Hong Kong's only public golf course, built with funds donated by The Hong Kong Jockey Club to meet the region's growing demand for the game. Its 54 holes span three 18-hole layouts along the rugged coastline of Kau Sai Chau within the scenic Port Shelter area. The North and South Courses were designed by Gary Player, while the East Course carries the work of Nelson and Haworth. All three offer challenging golf with sweeping views of Sai Kung and the South China Sea. Set across 250 hectares of the Sai Kung Peninsula, the club has earned certification as an Audubon Co-operative Sanctuary for Wildlife. Eagles, egrets, pond herons, and the occasional barking deer share the grounds with golfers.
