Very beginner friendly but also hard to master, ideal challenge for all golfers

I enjoyed hitting all sorts of different clubs off the tee and therefore some longer irons into the green which you may not expect when seeing the course is only about 6000 yards long. The new three holes are starting to take but need a couple more years. Their greens are excellent on the new holes but not in keeping with the design of the other 15. 200 yard Par 3 13 was my favourite hole and it is one of the new ones.

Played many courses around the country and found this to be one of my favourites. Friendly members too.

Played plenty of courses around the midlands and this is up there as one of the best. Beautiful open spaces, lots of variety in hole design and a good atmosphere in the clubhouse. Well worth a visit!

Tee boxes and greens good. Fairway terrible (worst of played this year) Two holes under construction with temporary greens. Not worth £25

Very friendly members and course is a true hidden gem. Good practice facilities. Staff are very helpful. 3 new holes opening in late spring/early summer will be a great addition to the course.
