Hamburger Land und Golf-Club Hittfeld

Rated 4.8 by 60+ Hole19 golfers, Hamburger Land und Golf-Club Hittfeld is one of the more highly regarded private parkland courses in the region. Opened in 1957 and designed by David Krause, the 18-hole layout sits in Seevetal, Lower Saxony, Germany, across a slightly hilly end moraine landscape shaped by an old tree population and scenic distant views. The club holds Member of The Leading Golf Clubs of Germany status and carries a Golf & Natur GOLD 2026 designation. Practice facilities are extensive. The driving range includes four target greens, outdoor tee areas on three levels, ten covered tee bays in a wooden building, floodlighting, and winter heating. A 1,000 square meter putting green is divided into flat and undulating zones. The short game area has two target greens, two bunkers, and an 85 square meter indoor hall with Sam-Lap-System putt analysis. The golf school runs customized programs supported by Trackman indoor training and a simulator. The restaurant serves seasonal dishes with regional ingredients and is open Tuesday to Sunday, 12:00–21:00, with kitchen service until 20:00. The terrace overlooks holes 16, 17, and 18. The club also has swimming, tennis, and ice stock shooting in winter.
