Description
Gracehill Golf Club is a semi-private parkland course in Northern Ireland, United Kingdom, opened in 1995 and designed by Frank Ainsworth and Jim Gillan. The 18-hole, par-72 layout moves through mature woodland and heathland, with water hazards, lakes, and bunkers shaping play throughout. Hole 2, known as Fushia Island, is a par 3 playing between 140 and 170 yards. Hole 13, Knockmore, is the index 1 hole, lined with trees and laurels. The modern clubhouse carries Georgian heritage charm and looks out over the course. Mulligan's Restaurant is open to the public on Saturdays from 11am to 8pm and Sundays from 11am to 6pm, with sit-in and takeaway options. A bar is also available after your round.

This is one of my favorites in North Antrim. A really well designed beautiful parkland which is a challenge for the mid to low handicap. However today it was in appalling condition greens were bumpy and needing rolled and cut and the fairways were terrible also. After spending so much on the facilities/clubhouse etc. why! oh why! won't they spend any money on the important bit, the course itself! So much wasted potential.
