Brown Trout Golf & Country Inn

Brown Trout Golf & Country Inn is a heavily-wooded, 9-hole parkland course in Northern Ireland that has been welcoming golfers since 1973. Built on clay ground, it plays wet in winter but comes into its own during summer. The layout is tree-lined on every hole, and water comes into play seven times across the nine, keeping things interesting throughout. Transitions between greens and tees are kept short, so the round flows well. The signature second hole demands a 170-yard carry over the Agivey River — a memorable test of nerve and distance.
