Designed by architect Ross McMurray, this 18-hole course in Göhren-Lebbin is built across gently rolling terrain, with widely spaced fairways that create a sense of calm without sacrificing challenge. Numerous bunkers, water hazards, and large, fast greens keep things interesting, while McMurray's use of the subtle topography adds strategic depth throughout the round. The course is well suited to playing to your handicap, though when wind sweeps in off the Fleesensee, scoring expectations are best kept in check along with ball flight. In autumn 2000, the European Seniors Tour held an event here — a mark of the course's pedigree that still resonates today.
