Golf de Mornex

Hole 1 at Golf de Mornex sets the tone early: 145 metres with a water obstacle in the fairway. Hole 3 plays downhill to a green that is difficult to hold. Designed by Nicolas Outters and opened in 1991, this semi-private 6-hole course in Monnetier-Mornex, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France runs 660 metres total, with individual holes ranging from 70 to 150 metres. The layout incorporates water hazards, bunkers, elevated greens, and sloped greens. Practice facilities include a driving range with 18 training mats (11 under shelter), a putting green maintained daily at 4mm, and an approach zone with 4 mats covering long shots and bunker work, plus short approaches and rolls on grass. Golf instructor Yan Galera is on site, and a junior academy runs for players aged 6 to 15. The restaurant is open April to November, 11h to 14h30 daily except Tuesday, with evening service available on request. The sporting association has been active since 1997.
