Golf Club Mönchengladbach-Wanlo

Golf Club Mönchengladbach-Wanlo opened in 2001 as a semi-private 18-hole course embedded in the natural landscape of the left Lower Rhine, in Mönchengladbach, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. Water hazards feature across the layout. Practice facilities include a generously laid out driving range, a putting green visible from the clubhouse terrace, and a chipping green with practice bunkers. The academy covers individual and group training for beginners and advanced golfers, DGV course proficiency preparation, FlightScope swing analysis, and youth and junior programmes, with sessions from 25 euros per hour. The clubhouse bistro has a cozy rustic ambiance with seating for small groups or two. A terrace accommodates up to 100 people, and a barn facility is available for larger club events up to 300. A well-stocked pro shop is also on site. The course hosted the Golf-Stadtmeisterschaft in 2006.
