Glenwood Springs Golf Club

Glenwood Springs Golf Club is a 9-hole, par-35 public course in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, stretching 5,830 yards and designed by Henry Hughes. It opened in 1955 and has been voted the Best 9-Hole Public Course in Colorado by the Denver Post, and ranked Colorado's number one nine-hole golf course in 2018. Several holes stand out. Hole 3 is a short uphill par 3 played from an elevated tee box; the shot must carry a road below to reach an elevated green, with views of Mt. Sopris. Hole 7 is a par 4 where the tee shot brings a lake into play and the approach is into a blind green. Hole 8 is a par 3 where the green is fully visible from the tee, making hole-in-one moments easy to spot. Hole 5 features the most complex green on the course to navigate. Practice facilities include a putting green, a chipping area, and lessons for all levels. The Greenside Grill serves lunch and dinner with a full bar and a large outdoor patio. The pro shop carries clothing, shoes, balls, and accessories and offers club repair. The course has hosted the Glenwood Open Golf Tournament.
