Glencruitten Golf Club

Glencruitten Golf Club is a James Braid design tucked among the hills of Glencruitten Estate on the outskirts of Oban, Argyll — a hidden gem of Scottish golf spread across 18 holes. The course sits within a richly natural setting where flora and fauna are a constant presence. In spring and early summer, harebells cast a pale blue iridescence across the landscape while vivid yellow patches of whins add sharp colour throughout. Mature trees line the course, including two protected specimens of native Scots Pine from the ancient Caledonian Forest. Ongoing planting means the course will continue to evolve, with the full benefits of that work still to come.
