Fenway Golf Club

Fenway Golf Club is a private 18-hole course in White Plains, New York, designed by A. W. Tillinghast and opened in 1924. GolfWeek Magazine routinely ranks it among the 100 Greatest Classical Courses in the United States, and Golf Digest Magazine lists it as one of the top 20 courses in New York State. The layout reflects Tillinghast's characteristic design language: sloping and undulating greens, two-tiered greens with false fronts, deep traps, and bunker complexes threaded by a creek. Hole 15 is a standout — an hourglass-shaped green steeply tilted back to front, playing over 300 yards with cross bunkers. The course has hosted the 108-Hole Westchester Open and the Mittelmark Invitational Tournament. Practice facilities include dedicated putting greens and a chipping and putting area. The clubhouse features a restaurant with culinary staff and attentive service, and a bar centered on an S-shaped white oak bar with oak and leather decor. A terrace overlooks the pool and golf course, and a patio offers summer dining with enclosed heated off-season use.
