This course is an awesome summer course to play. The staff is killer. Course is hard for mid to high handicaps. Lots of tree trouble and narrow fairways and greens. All that being said, it is still really fun to play, especially the front 9. The back 9 is up and down a lot of hills, so walking is not recommended unless you are a gluten. If you get a chance to be in the Port Townsend area and want to play golf, give this course a try.

I would not go out of my way to play this course, but if you’re in the area you should absolutely play here. It’s very quirky and deceptively challenging course-especially off the tee. I do not recommend anyone play the back tees, they’re not very logically placed and lead to several very challenging and blind tee shots. The conditions were average at best, and the tee boxes and greens were a bit beat up. Still, I would absolutely recommend you play here if you’re around, it’s a very unique and surprisingly demanding track. Just bring extra balls and take something accurate off the tee. I probably won’t play here again, but I’m glad I gave it a go
