Desert Aire Golf Club

Desert Aire Golf Club is an 18-hole public course in Desert Aire, Washington, designed by Dan Hixon and opened in 1972. The layout runs through desert terrain of sand, sage, and scrub alongside the Columbia River. The course has received accolades from Golf Digest, Northwest Golfer Magazine, Washington Golf Guide, and the Central Washington PGA, and is ranked among the highest rated public courses in the region. Practice options include a driving range, a practice putting green, and year-round individual or customized lesson packages for beginners through advanced players. Summer brings Junior Golf Camps. The full-service pro shop covers club-fitting, club repair, apparel, equipment, golf cart storage, and concessions. A Snack Shack operates Friday through Sunday from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm, and the Desert Aire Room on the lower level of the clubhouse is available to rent. The club hosts a full tournament calendar, including the CWA PGA Pro/AM, Spring Best Ball, Memorial Day Scramble, Firecracker Scramble, Sagebrush Senior Scramble, and Mid Columbia Seniors, among others.
