Cypresswood Golf Club (Cypress) is an 18-hole course set within a 36-hole championship complex widely regarded as one of the top daily fee facilities in the Houston area, located just north of Bush Intercontinental Airport on Cypresswood Drive in Spring, Texas. The complex sits on over 600 acres of rolling, heavily wooded terrain along the confluence of Spring and Cypress creeks. The Cypress course earned Golf Digest Best New Course honors in 1988 and plays as a shot-maker's track, featuring numerous doglegs, rolling fairways, and tall pines and hardwoods lining the layout throughout. The facility has hosted a strong slate of competitive events, including the 2nd Stage of PGA Tour School, the Southern Texas PGA Eastern Championship, the Shell Houston Open Qualifier, and multiple Futures Tour events. Rated 4.2 by Hole19 golfers, it is one of the most-played courses in Texas on Hole19.
