Chigasaki Golf Club

Chigasaki Golf Club is a flat seaside course in Chigasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan, designed under the supervision of course architect Osamu Ueda across 18 holes. Although the layout is built around a 9-hole routing, the front and back nines use different tees and greens, meaning the same holes demand different strategies each time around. Fairways feature a variety of subtle and pronounced undulations that keep every round engaging. Sandy areas line both sides of the fairways throughout the course. Landing in these zones can produce lies more demanding than a conventional bunker, so precise placement off the tee is essential. The refreshing coastal breeze from the Shonan coastline adds another layer of challenge and character to every round.
