Cannon Ridge Golf Club

Cannon Ridge Golf Club is an 18-hole par 71 layout in the Virginia countryside, set across 240 acres of historic Civil War terrain. Opened in 2003, the course stretches 7,010 yards from the back tees and was designed by Deane Beman and Bobby Weed. The playing surfaces combine L93 Bentgrass greens and approaches with newly renovated Latitude 36 Bermuda tee boxes and fairways. Tall fescue rough and 103 sand bunkers define the challenge throughout, though recent trimming around many bunkers has made recovery shots somewhat more manageable. Carts are permitted on the fairways at holes 13 and 14, easing congestion on those shared-cartpath holes. Suitable for golfers of all skill levels, Cannon Ridge is also a practical choice for outings with family, clients, or VIPs.
