Bear's Best Atlanta

Designed by Jack Nicklaus, Bear's Best Atlanta is a public 18-hole course in Georgia, United States, rated 4.5 by 60+ Hole19 golfers and one of the most-played courses in Georgia on Hole19. The layout works through notable elevation and tree-lined corridors. Hole 1 drops 100 feet downhill from tee to green along a narrow fairway. Hole 3, a 167-yard par 3, is guarded in front by a dry streambed. Hole 6 plays 169 yards entirely over water from an elevated tee. Hole 7 stretches 585 yards to a narrow fairway flanked by two large bunkers on the left. The course has been listed among Golfweek's Top 10 Georgia courses and Top 200 residential courses in the U.S. Practice facilities include two putting greens, a short-game area, and PGA and LPGA professional instruction covering private lessons, clinics for ladies, beginners, and juniors, video analysis, and on-course lessons. The pro shop stocks equipment and apparel from Titleist, TaylorMade, Callaway, Ping, Adidas, Nike, and FootJoy. Jack's Grille, open seven days a week, serves breakfast, lunch, and barbeque, with take-out and catering available.
