Course is good shape, greens little firm and people playing up on you constantly

Before playing this course I heard some bad rumors about battle lake being in horrible shape. But upon playing it, I found that it’s actually one of the better options in centeral Texas. Definetly the most affordable way to practice getting better on anove average greens and fairways. Most people who talk trash of this course have not seen it the past 10 years. TRY IT
