Aberdour Golf Club

Aberdour Golf Club, a parkland course in Aberdour, Scotland, sits along the Firth of Forth and has been in play since 1896. Designed by Willie Park, the 18-hole layout runs to 5,447 yards with coastal terrain, elevated greens, bunkers, and a burn threading through the course. Views across the Firth of Forth and towards Edinburgh are a consistent feature of the round, particularly from the first hole, where a flagpole is used to read the wind. Hole 11 is the hardest on the course; hole 16 is the second hardest. The club has hosted the Senior Men's Open, Ladies Senior Open, Fife Seniors Championship, Scottish Boys and Girls Under 14 and Under 16 Stroke-play Championships, and several Fife team events. It was ranked 4th Best Golfing Experience in Scotland in 2012 and 2013, and is rated 4.7 by 80+ Hole19 golfers, making it a popular round among Hole19 golfers in Scotland. The club runs a Junior FitGolf Academy with coaching on Saturday afternoons. The View bar and catering franchisee is open daily from 10am. The pro shop carries equipment from top golf manufacturers alongside branded clothing and merchandise.
