Terrible condition. Greens slow, bunkers unplayable. Looks nice from a distance, but terrible.

The course is in rough shape. Most bunkers are more like a desert with various small-tree like weeds in them or are overgrown with clover. Greens are all over the place with quality and pace. Holes 9 - 16 are without potable water so if you’re walking on a hot day, you’re toast without lugging around 4 liters of water.

Municipal course that tries to make it nice for golfers. Most holes are OK, greens are really inconsistent and patchy. But it less expensive then many others and the starter are always friendly.
