Winnapaug Country Club

Winnapaug Country Club is a public 18-hole course in Westerly, Rhode Island, designed by Donald J. Ross and opened in 1922. Playing to a par of 72 from 6,400 yards, the layout incorporates water hazards and sand traps throughout its routing. Before the round, golfers can use a warm-up range for short irons, a chipping and putting area, and instruction with golf instructor Lou Toscano, who offers playing lessons, golf instruction, and video analysis. The Clubhouse Restaurant overlooks the 18th hole, Winnapaug Pond, and the Atlantic Ocean, and can accommodate up to 200 guests for events. A full-service bar and pro shop are also on site, along with The 1922 Room for smaller gatherings of up to 50 guests.
