Weston Super Mare Golf Club

Weston Super Mare Golf Club is a semi-private links course in Weston-super-Mare, England, open since 1892 and designed by Alister Mackenzie. The layout runs across rolling fairways with dunes and undulating greens throughout. The opening hole, known as The Ridge, sets the tone early: a testing tee shot over rising ground, with dunes to the right and a bunker left of the green. The club has hosted the MacKenzie Medallion Competition and holds a place in the Top 100 Golf Courses rankings. Inside the clubhouse, the MacKenzie Dining Room serves a varied menu from traditional breakfast to substantial meals, light bites, sandwiches and Sunday lunches, Monday to Friday 9am–4pm and Saturday to Sunday 8am–4pm. The Royal Sands Bar and Links Lounge stock a wide selection of real ales, beers, wines and spirits. Changing rooms, lockers, trolley storage with battery charging, and a conference room for up to 30 are also available.
