Warrenbrook Golf Course

Warrenbrook Golf Course is a Somerset County-operated 18-hole layout in Warren, New Jersey, open to the public since the Park Commission took it over in 1978. The course plays 6,372 yards to a par of 71 from the back tees and is defined by tight, heavily tree-lined fairways that wind up a mountain and back down. The par-four 1st climbs straight uphill, while the par-four 16th descends alongside it. The 17th and 18th sit on flatter ground behind the clubhouse, with the dogleg-right 17th requiring a carry over a pond on the approach. Distance is rarely the challenge here. Golfers contend with persistent uphill, downhill, and sidehill lies, plus occasional blind shots. The greens are on the smaller side and generally moderate in slope, with notably severe surfaces on holes 1, 7, and 15. The clubhouse includes a golf shop and snack bar, and the facility offers two practice greens plus a pitching area with a target green. Warrenbrook is rated 4.3 by Hole19 golfers and ranks as one of the most-played courses in New Jersey on Hole19.
