Wachesaw Plantation Club

Wachesaw Plantation Club is a private 18-hole course in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, designed by Tom Fazio and opened in 1985. The layout moves through elevation changes, rolling fairways, ravines, and a bluff, with giant oaks, cypress forest, and water hazards shaping play throughout. The course has hosted the Can-Am Junior Team Matches. Practice facilities include a 30,000-square-foot driving range with target greens, a championship putting green with nine hole locations and three small-hole training targets, and a 360-degree short-game area covering chipping, pitching, and bunker work with flags set from 10 to 60 yards. Instructional programming runs from private lessons and clinics to golf schools, playing lessons, V1 video analysis, and a Titleist Performance Institute program. The full-service Golf Shop carries equipment, apparel, accessories, and athleisure wear. Kimbels restaurant overlooks the 18th green and the Waccamaw River, serving upscale cuisine with fresh seafood, salads, burgers, and prime filet across a Tavern Room, Dining Room, multi-level open decks, and a Verandah. The Clubhouse Tavern on the second floor offers beer, wine, cocktails, snacks, and cigars.
