Villa De Paz Golf Course

Villa De Paz Golf Course is a public, 18-hole parkland layout in Phoenix, Arizona, open since 1970. Playing to par 72 from up to 6,700 yards, it has been voted the best inexpensive 18 holes in the Valley of the Sun by the Arizona Republic. Water comes into play on 10 of the 18 holes, and mature trees line the fairways throughout. Hole 4 is a 450-yard par 5 that doglegs severely to the right. Holes 7, 8, and 15 are par 4s reachable from the tee for long hitters. The 18th, a 470-yard par 4, doglegs right and requires the second shot to carry over a lake to a three-tiered green. A large, two-tiered driving range includes target areas marked at various yardages. PGA professionals teach individual and group lessons in a designated teaching area on site. The pro shop carries equipment and clothing from Ping, Titleist, Footjoy, and Srixon, along with accessories.
