Verulam Golf Club

Verulam Golf Club is an 18-hole, par-72 parkland course in Saint Albans, England, designed by James Braid and opened in 1912. It measures 6,429 yards from the Medal tees. The layout incorporates bunkers, slopes, mounds, tree plantations, water, and the River Ver, with out-of-bounds adding further definition throughout the routing. Practice facilities are extensive. The driving range sits between the 11th and 13th fairways, with designated areas for long hitting and approach shots. A large putting green in front of the clubhouse is prepared to complement the subtle borrows found on the course greens. A practice bunker and chipping area sit to the left of the 18th green, and practice nets are available at the bottom of the car park. The Samuel Ryder Function Suite dining room seats over 100 people and includes a built-in dance floor. The Spike Bar Meeting Room accommodates up to 12 for private dining or meetings.
