Horrible maintenance condition for the price. Reminds me of low-budget public courses. Maintenance personnel does not care you are there, barely move out of the way and continue talking during your shot. Tee boxes were refurbished while we were playing, with some tee markers straight up missing and a very soft clay soil spread on top of the tee boxes that is slippery and gets your equipment and shoes dirty. Even on public courses I am used to maintenance personnel not interfering too much, as they usually move back to front. Here, they move front to back so if you‘re unlucky they will stick with you for 4-5 holes. Absolutely unacceptable, especially since they said the course was closed for maintenance AFTER the week we were there. The first cut is basically unmaintained, good luck finding a ball there. Bunkers are rock-hard, one had standing water and was starting to disintegrate. To be fair, the off-season green fee is not crazy expensive (150€ according to their booking tool), but still expensive enough to expect vastly better conditions and given that everything in this resort is outrageously pricey (e.g. 20€ for a sleeve of Pro V1s, 6€ for a 250ml bottle of coke in the club house, 14€ for a single trammezzino). The landscape around the course and course design is outstanding (hence 2 stars), but management does not seem to care about the course‘s condition. It is outrageous that they consider themselves the #1 course in Italy, every other course I have played here (which almost always was during off-season) was in vastly better condition.

Un campo di livello internazionale con 2 campi da 18 buche e 1 da 9 buche con uno splendido panorama sul Mar Mediterraneo. Presenta Fairwail enormi, bunker difficili e Green veloci. Un Campo Pratica grande con putting green, chipping green e bunker di prova. Tutto perfetto tranne l'accoglienza fredda e i prezzi poco economici. Attenti al vento
