Uji Tawara Country Club

Uji Tawara Country Club is a 27-hole hillside course in Ujitawara, Kyoto Prefecture, spread across three distinct layouts — Kano, Osugi, and Daifuku — each with its own character. The fairways are wide with gentle undulation, and the course has a calm, settled atmosphere thanks to the pine trees and other mature woodland throughout. Large, shallow bunkers guard key positions on each layout. The Kano course offers open, freewheeling holes where players can swing freely. The Osugi course is the most demanding of the three, with greater length and several carries over water and valleys. The Daifuku course is the newest of the trio and delivers an enjoyable, varied layout. Together, the three nines give golfers a genuine variety of challenges across the round.
