Hole 2 sets the tone at Trinidad Municipal Golf Course: a par 4 with a blind tee shot over a hill, where players ring a bell to signal those ahead — a feature that has made it one of the most talked-about holes on this 1915 municipal layout in Trinidad, Colorado. The 9-hole course plays between 5,337 and 6,160 yards across terrain marked by elevation changes, bunkers, woodlands, and tree-lined fairways, all set against a Sangre de Cristo Mountains backdrop. It has been recognized as the Best 9-Hole Course in Colorado. Private lessons and group clinics are available for players of all ages. The pro shop staff can assist with golfing and special event needs, and the bar is open on site.
