TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley (Heathlands)

TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley (Heathlands) is an 18-hole course in Caledon, Ontario, designed by Ontario Golf Hall of Fame architect Doug Carrick and opened in 1991. Heathlands is purported to be the first links-style course built in Ontario. Though it sits inland, it effectively emulates traditional Scottish links through rolling dunes covered with fescue grasses and pot bunkers. In a further nod to its Scottish inspiration, the course is laid out between a road line and a rail line — a layout arrangement common in Scotland. Tight, undulating fairways make Heathlands perhaps the most challenging of the courses at Osprey Valley, and it has earned a devoted following among golfers who appreciate its traditional character.
