TPC Summerlin has hosted the Shriners Children's Open and holds rankings that include One of America's Best Golf Courses by Golf Digest and No. 39 in Golf World magazine's 2012 PGA TOUR Course Ranking issue. The private, 18-hole, par-72 layout in Las Vegas, Nevada was designed by Bobby Weed and stretches to 7,243 yards across terrain shaped by arroyos, canyons, desert washes, and stands of honey mesquite and pine trees. Practice facilities include an all-grass driving range, a 10,000-square-foot putting green with variable undulations, two wedge-play areas across five target greens, and PGA professional instruction with video swing analysis and custom club fitting. A junior PGA Academy is also available. The pro shop has been named among the Top 100 Golf Shops in the U.S. by Golf World Business and carries current equipment, designer apparel, and club fitting services. Dining covers casual and upscale options with a West Coast-inspired Continental menu. Additional amenities include five lighted tennis courts, a Junior Olympic swimming pool, Splash Pad, spa, and a poolside café.
