Toyama Country Club

Toyama Country Club is a 27-hole layout set in the hilly terrain south of Toyama City, in the Osawano district of Toyama Prefecture, Japan. The course opened with 18 holes in August 1971 and expanded to its current 27-hole configuration in August 1976. The three nines take their names from local geographic character: Ariso, Yakushi, and Jinzu. The Ariso course plays as a woodland layout, with generous, flat fairways lined by abundant trees — a more forgiving and open feel compared to its companions. The Yakushi and Jinzu courses make full use of the rolling hillside terrain, mixing gentle undulation with dramatic downhill drives and carries over valleys. These two nines reward bold shot-making and offer a more dynamic challenge throughout.
