Designed by the Army Corps of Engineers and opened in 1950, the 18-hole layout plays between 5,185 and 6,900 yards across level fairways lined by mature Eucalyptus, Mesquite, Palm, and Palo Verde trees. Small elevated and tiered greens add precision demands, while dogleg fairways and water on four holes provide variety across the round. A practice facility and instruction from PGA teaching professionals are available on site. The pro shop carries men's and women's leisure apparel from Nike, Under Armour, FootJoy, and Greg Norman.

Good course, nice fairways and roughs. Can be a little dangerous at times given the close proximity but good value.
