Stunning course and the greens were some of the best I've seen. Lots of blind drives though and very long at 6,500 yards and hilly. Plenty of interest (bunkers, water, trees etc) and there are some memorable holes. The bunkers were very well maintained if a little hard under the thin layer of light sand. Would definitely play here again but I f it's hot I'll probably opt for a buggy as I was flagging at the end to be honest. My golf was beyond shocking but there were some excellent scores so it seems more to do with my playing than the course. I was attending a charity golf day. The arrangements for coffee and bacon rolls weren't well handled - kept running out of coffee and eventually bacon. The drinks buggy didn't appear until the round was almost over and the chap only had s couple of bottles of beer , two bottles of Oasis and the rest was pretty much water. The evening food was average.
