Surprised how nice it was. Pretty flat, but very reasonable condition - especially tees and fairways. Good bunkering give the holes some character. They’ve kept the rough short, which got us around in just over 4 hours on a Saturday afternoon. I play a lot of very nice (more expensive) courses, and would happily come back to The Springs.
